i jazzercise 6 days a week and i have used many shoe brands, i do like ryka brand...i usually try and bye a higher boot sneakers. so far this sneaker is giving me good support and i am able to do high impact and not feel any foot or knee pain...

This is my fourth pair of the siren sport shoe. I'm so glad they have kept the same amazing vibram sole design. I spend my summers hiking the rocky shores and forest trails of the Gulf Islands in British Columbia. After a bad fall wearing a different make of water sandal, I changed to Merrells . This is a sure-footed, dependable shoe with no break-in time. I wouldn't buy any other shoe for my summer trekking. Thanks, Merrell!
