This really is a good little sneaker, it was wide enough and the pillowtop insole was comfy except for the stitching on the insole about under the arch area which did not rub in a good way, it was irritating because its a stitch, bump and another stitch. Had to return unfortunately. Will keep looking.
Wears this shoe: casual if I'd been able to wear it.

I have an extremely wide foot and comfortable shoes are hard to come by. The Grasshoppers are wonderful. I put them on and they were comfortable immediately - there was no break-in needed. I am getting ready to order another pair in a different color.

I wanted a shoe I could wear with shorts that didn't look like a chunky athletic shoe. These shoes have cushioning inside. In addition, the leather has a stretch that makes it very comfortable. I'm very happy with this shoe!

These shoes are very comfortable and nice looking. I wanted a casual shoe to wear around the office during the summer but I will continue to wear these throughout the year. They don't get "ugly" over time like sneakers do and look fine with slacks. They have plenty of room in the toe area, and are padded on the inside. The laces allow them to fit the individual. I enjoy wearing them.
