Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 7.

The picture is correct except that the opening for the shoe is slanted. Tthe front is 1.5 inches taller than the back. This shoe is monsterous on the inside. I'm not tripping in them but there's no way you could run and not fall out. There's no half sizes so I'm definitely buying insoles. The fur is not throughout the inside.
