The shoes themselves are very good, comfortable out of the box. However, after only a week the laces were shredded by the eyelets. ShoeBuy has said they'll take them back as this is a defect, but could not just send a new set of laces. The referred me to the manufacturer but since I didn't buy them from the source they won't do anything either. Seems like quite a deal to send the whole shoes back so I'll probably keep the shoes and go get some good laces myself, but not quite the hassle free good purchase I was expecting.

This boot is a good value, true to size and comfortable. The leather is exceptionally fine and soft. The workmanship could be better, but all-in-all, it's definitely worth the money.

Size 11 felt too short, so I replaced with 11.5. The chukkas are very comfortable, supple leather with a nice shine, and soft pliable collar. Great for office casual and evening going out.

The shoes would be very comfortable, if they both were the same size. They both said 10.5, and they had the same size sole, but the uppers on one shoe were much larger than the other. The right shoe felt good and snug. The left shoe felt loose. Putting one shoe next to the other, it was obvious that one was bigger than the other.
