I have purchased 10 pairs or so of Brutini shoes. They were always true to size..When mfg went from South America to China I stopped buying, quality down. This last pair from India was not true to size. Always bought 11 1/2 had to return the shoe for a 11 and it was still a little bigger but ok. Quality is better from India but like South America better.

I recently purchased the Giorgio Brutini 47795 in both tan and black. Why? Simply because of all the shoes I have owned in my life, these were the most comfortable I had ever worn, bar none.
