Bought these because I was looking for another pair of double monk straps to wear with my jeans on weekends without worrying about beating them up and didn't really want to spend a whole lot. Having had a pretty decent experience with some Giorgio Brutini wingtips a while back, I decided to give these a shot. The quality of leather is meh at best but what really disappointed me was the quality of the hardware on the buckles. Very flimsy leather strip that I don't expect to hold up for too long are used as the straps versus a completely metal buckle of some sort. The shoes arrived slightly discolored and with scratches that set the tone for how the leather will hold up over time. Would definitely recommend paying a few extra dollars and getting the Mercanti Fiorentini's sold by DSW.

The quality of this shoe is better than expected, which is a plus. the sizing is terrible though. I ordered my usual size, but when i tried them on they were a size too large. It says true to size but this is not true. Order a size down for a true fit. I am surly going to send them back for a smaller size.
