Great looking and wearing shoe. Very happy with all things related to looks. I rarely read reviews on this site but I'm glad I did for this purchase. I ordered a full size larger. There are 2 insoles in the shoe. You take the top one out to change the shoe's width from medium to wide. My normal size is 13M but I'm a 14W in this model. Again, it's no problem if you get the right size and you need to be aware of the comments on this one.

Size 11 felt too short, so I replaced with 11.5. The chukkas are very comfortable, supple leather with a nice shine, and soft pliable collar. Great for office casual and evening going out.
