Redeeming your Shoebuy.com Gift Certificate is easy.
Simply locate your Gift Certificate Code and follow these four steps:

1. Shop at Shoebuy.
   
   
2. When you are ready to check out, click the "Click Here to Check Out" button in the shopping cart.
   
   
3. Select "Gift Certificate" as your payment option and enter your Gift Certificate Code.
   
   
4. The amount of the Gift Certificate will be deducted from your order. If the amount of your order is more than the amount of the Gift Certificate, you will be given the option to pay for the balance with your credit card or with another Shoebuy.com Gift Certificate. If the amount of your order is less than the amount of the Gift Certificate, the amount of your order will be deducted from your Gift Certificate balance.

Simply enter your Gift Certificate Code below and click "Check Balance" to find out what balance remains on your Gift Certificate.

If you are unable to use the Gift Certificate or you experience an error while trying to use it, contact Shoebuy.com Customer Service by phone toll free at 1-888-200-8414 or by email at service@shoebuy.com. Please have the following information on hand so we may better assist you.

• Recipient's Email Address. This is the email address to which the Gift Certificate was originally sent.
  
  
• Name of person that purchased the Gift Certificate for you.
  

When does my Gift Certificate expire?

Your Gift Certificate is good for one year from the original issue date.

What if I lose my Gift Certificate Code?

Shoebuy.com Customer Service will email a copy of the Gift Certificate to the email address where it was originally sent. Simply contact Shoebuy.com Customer Service by phone toll free at 1-888-200-8414 or by email at service@shoebuy.com. If by email, please provide your full name and the email address to which the Gift Certificate was originally sent.

Can I use a Gift Certificate to pay for an international order?

No. Currently Gift Certificates may only be used to pay for orders that will be shipped to a U.S. mailing address.

Do I have to use the full amount of the Gift Certificate now?

No. You may choose to use part of your Gift Certificate now and save part of it for later. To find out what amount is left on your Gift Certificate, click on Check Gift Certificate Balance and log in using your Gift Certificate Code. Your Gift Certificate is good for one year from the original issue date.

When will the Gift Certificate arrive?

If sent via email, your Gift Certificate will appear in the recipient's inbox within 24 hours. When buying a Gift Certificate, you can request that the Gift Certificate be sent on a special date, as well.

Can I send a Gift Certificate in the mail?

Shoebuy does not currently offer mail delivery for Gift Certificates.

Below are the terms and conditions for Shoebuy.com, Inc.. Gift Certificates.

• Gift Certificates can only be redeemed through the Shoebuy.com website at http://www.shoebuy.com, toward the purchase of products listed in Shoebuy's online catalogue and sold by Shoebuy. They cannot be redeemed at any other website operated by Shoebuy, its affiliates, or third party merchants accessible from the Shoebuy.com website.



• Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable to orders already placed, and cannot be redeemed for other Gift Certificates.
  
  
• If your purchase exceeds the remaining balance of your Gift Certificate, you will be given the option to pay for the balance with a credit card or with another Gift Certificate Code. If the value of your Gift Certificate exceeds the total cost of the purchase, Shoebuy will hold the remaining balance in your account for a period of up to one (1) year from the Gift Certificate's original issue date.



• Gift Certificates (and unused portions of Gift Certificates) are valid for one (1) year from date of issue for future purchases under the same Shoebuy.com Gift Certificate Code.



• Gift Certificates Codes purchased separately cannot be combined into a single Gift Certificate Code.



• Shoebuy.com discounts (including Promotional Codes) cannot be used when purchasing or redeeming Gift Certificates on the Shoebuy.com website.



• Shoebuy is not responsible for stolen Gift Certificate Codes. However, you can contact Shoebuy.com Customer Service at 1-888-200-8414 to have your Gift Certificate Code invalidated. Shoebuy will verify your remaining balance and expiration date and issue you a new Gift Certificate Code accordingly.
