I have been wearing the GBX boots for years. The part I like best is the zero break-in period. I bought this boot the last time and it is confortable. Since I live in the VA mountains I wear this boot all the time, even for casual wear. I kind of miss the GBX Terminator. It was like this boot but was insulated and water proof. At any rate it is a good buy. Thanks.

I've been buying Timerline boots, but have to watch my pennies these days, so I gave these boots a try. At first a bit disappointed with the color - not the nubuck tan like the Timberline, but got over that after a week of wear and tear.Very comfortable to wear all day, and no blisters. I'm hard on my shoes and these are taking the scuffs and punishment well. I work on my feet all day long and I'm not sore at the end either. Worth a try in my opinion.

I am a UPS driver. I used them right out of the box for the full day. They did not hurt my feet nor did they need a slow break in period. Good shoes

Comfortable for a work boot. Used for outdoor work like mowing and they were very good. Have not gotten them wet yet. They look good enough to wear with jeans anywhere. I got them to protect from snake bites too and so far they have, I have not even seen a snake since I bought these!
