I bought them to wear to the Ren. Faire and they are pretty awesome and did not get stained from the mud. I find the area above the ankle to be a little big, but I am certain a thick pair of socks would fix that for me. Overall a comfortable boot.

This is a nice looking boot but hope you don't step in any snow! The wrap around design offers zero protection from rain or snow!

The shoe looks good on the internet, but once it was shipped I was rather disappointed. The material seems pretty cheap, although the shoe is stylish and somewhat comfortable. I am irritated by the boot tongue, which constantly slides from side to side, exposing my socks or whatever is underneath the boot. The side string ties don't really do much justice for the boots.I can't tighten them for a more snug fit, and they seem rather purposeless aside from style.
Wears this shoe: Not often, considering they constantly need readjusting.
