i bought these for a Harley Quinn costume. While they fit true to size, they are costume shoes and are not very comfortable (but that as anticipated). They do jingle when you walk. My disappointment was solely about the color. I was expecting a deeper red. The little "spikes" were flipped up, and stay flipped up until you train them down. I would suggest to lie it on the ground facing down, or rubber band them down. I would suggest that you get these a week or so before your event.

I bought this shoe to go along with my gypsy punk everyday attire and it's fabulous! I wear it all the time. I want to get a red pair to go along with the black for a new Harly Quinn outfit. Wonderful, and surprisingly versatile.
