I bought these boots for my up comming wedding in Jan. I wanted something to fully cover and add warmth for the time of year, plus i am only 5'6" and he is 6'5" so i also needed something to even height. I am very pleased with my boots and love the brand.

I've been looking for a good pair of "goth boots" that will fit my 17' calf, double-wide feet, and not look ugly. My only complaints are: The laces fall off really easily and I'm going to have to find a way to anchor them to the hooks with some twist ties or thread. I've had the entire column of them just fall right off the boot as I'm wearing it. The sole feels really thin. I'm probably going to get some kind of cushion to put under my foot so it's not so hard each time I step.

These boots fit my feet perfectly. My wide feet generally won't fit into a regular width shoe any size less than 9 1/2. I bought these boots in wide 9 and the fit is great!They feel good on my feet, and they fit great on my calves. The only thing I'll need to get to make the fit more comfortable is gel insoles so the balls of my feet don't get sore after a night on the town. It's great to know that I can buy a pair of boots like this that actually fit my feet!
