I was pleased with the purchase. I had read the reviews and ordered 1/2 size larger as recommended and was glad I had. They weren't exactly what I was looking for, but they were exactly what I expected and am very satisfied. I have not worn them yet, as I ordered them to be a part of a costume for a renaissance festival, but they did feel fairly comfortable walking around the house in them. They are a little stiff just at the top, but heavy tights should avoid chaffing. (I have very tender skin)

Very pretty in person. Bought silver. Read other reviews that said it runs big so bought a full size smaller (I wear 9 so I bought 8). Glad I did because they fit perfect. Highly recommend.

The manufacture includes enough space for you to wear socks, so order your regular size. I was so very impressed.

I have large calves and small ankles, the shoe allowed plenty of room for both with the lace up feature! Easy to walk in, the only issue I have is that I am 5'3 and the boots go all the way to my knee cap - would have like them to be a little below, but not a huge problem. LOVE THEM anyway!
