This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn.True to size it requires no break-in period. The price is right too. My only complaint is that the French Shriner emblem on the shoe eventually comes loose and falls off. Fix that issue and this shoe gets 5 stars.

I had these shoes before, and when my wife noticed after years of wearing; the back of the shoe at the ankle area was tearing. I wanted the same shoe because they are very comfortable. It was a no brainier! Very happy, and would not hesitate to order again.

These shoes look good and are enjoyable to wear. They are very light. Would prefer a leather sole and rubber heel. At the present time I am wearing them for dress. They go well with Sportcoat and trousers.

French Shriner Dayton II

I had worn this shoe when I was working and standing, over 30 years ago. Knowing how some items have gotten shoddier in the last 30 years, I was hesitant to buy them. Believe me, nothing has changed. They are still the most comfortable shoes for walking and standing of any shoe that I've ever worn. The leather is supple and the construction of the sole and heel makes the shoe extremely comfortable. And to let you know how much I liked them, I turned around and bought another pair in a different color. And while the construction is still of the highest quality, the price is about half of what I paid in the early 1980s.
