Equestrian Boots are boots worn when participating in horseback riding events; or boots designed with related elements for aesthetic reasons. Equestrian Boots are characterized by a high shaft with a flat to low heel and will often have a buckle treatment near the top of the shaft. Equestrian Boots will also commonly be called Riding Boots.
About Heel:
A heel is the bottom, back part of a shoe or boot that provides elevation. The styling and construction of a heel may vary (i.e., stacked, stilletto, spiked, sculptured, kitten).
