I have a 9 Narrow foot, occasionally the foot will measure 9 Slim, so I MUST have a narrow shoe. I simply trust the retailer's size indication --- this time is was incorrect.

I just purchased my third pair. I am on my feet most of the day and require a good looking solid comfortable shoe. This shoe does the job! It does run slightly on the narrow side so I buy a wide width.
