Product Description (Men's Florsheim Limited Veblen)
Part of the Florsheim Limited collection, the Veblen mirrors Florsheim LTD's famous Kenmoor wingtip which was introduced in 1949. This traditional blucher features hand rubbed upper and incorporates chrome into the finish creating a luminous texture. It has a hefty double oak heel and includes Goodyear three ply welt construction with complimentary stitching. The inner sole features a Comfortechnology polyurethane footbed and the lining is leather. This classic dress shoe is simply elegant!

Good looking shoe and feels pretty good too. Stiff leather sole causes heel to slip until broken in.

Good looking shoe. It's a HARD shoe, but I figured that out before I purchased it. Comfortable insoles, but very little give with the hard soles and hard leather uppers. I'm not complaining. That's what it looks like in the picture and that's what I purchased. Only wear them about once a month, so I deal with it.

I certainly like the shoe. Florsheims, particularly, high end models are generally very good and comfortable.In this particular model the sole is very solid and unyielding and that causes your heel to slide up a bit while walking even if the shoe is tightly laced. I think is getting better with use.Overall, they are comfortable and the brown model, with the contrasting lighter sole and heel, looks very attractive and blends well with both work clothing and sportier jeans or chinos.

Great gray color. Shoe is a little heavy but ok since it is a sturdy construction. Fits perfect. Most shoes I buy at size 13 D in other brandsare a little tight. This is a good shoe. They should make them in a few other colors too. Like olive green or a chalk blue.

I usually purchase Cole Haan shoes, but I just bought four pair of Florsheim and have found them to be fantastic. Outstanding in every regard.
