I work in court everyday, thus I have to dress in business dress clothing. This shoe can go on right out of the box...no break-in required. This is my second pair, the first being four years ago in a burgandy. I had the same experience with those...I put them on right out of the box and they felt great. To be honest, I've never polished the burgandy pair because they hold up so well and still look brand new. I wear the burgandy three days a week and will be putting on the first polish probably within a month or so. I've had my new black pair for a month now and wear them two days per week. A wonderful value and high quality.

They are very comfortable, fit perfectly, and are lightweight. The waterproof leather treatment is durable and resists scratches. They always look new. They also have non-slip soles and heels. This is my second pair; the first pair are still going strong.
