Florsheim Welter Moc Slip
Comfort and Convenience

This shoe is very comfortable, durable and well-made, and it utilizes a convenient slip-on format. For the combination of comfort, convenience, quality, and price, it doesn't get any better than this. However, I docked the shoe 1 star for style points. The shoe is a bit "clunkier" and less attractive (in my opinion) than its sleeker, more traditional (and more expensive!) leather outer-soled shoes. On the other hand, its synthetic, rubber-like outer-sole will long outlast any traditional leather outer-soled shoes available. I give this shoe 4 out of 5 stars.

Florsheim Welter Bike Slip
Good Looking but so-so on Comfort

I have been used to getting the Florsheim comfort loafers. I liked the look of these shoes, but they are not as comfortable as the others. They also seemed too tight when specifying my normal size. I returned them for a half size larger and they fit but are still very snug. Hopefully they will loosen up over time. Very good looking shoe though.

Love the shoe, comfortable, and sharp looking. Compares well to shoes that cost much, much more. My only complaint is that my recent Florsheim purchases have had low quality insoles. The fabric separates and gathers between your toes...rather annoying. I can take them to my local cobbler/shoe repair joint and get the insoles replaced rather inexpensively, but that is an annoyance I'd rather do without. This was not always the case with Florsheim shoes, so I hope they see the error of their ways and return to a higher quality insole.
