My husband has worn this same Florsheim style for over 30 years and it's the only shoe he wants to wear. He likes the softer leather and the style works for either dress or casual.

The shoe is a beautiful looking shoe, nice softness to the leather. The only problem that bothers me is that the insole is only a 1/2 insole, from the heel to about halfway down (it is very comfortable, the insole) and then the rest of the inside of the shoe is hard and not cushioned. It feels hard on the ball of the foot in comparison to a full insole. If not for the insole, I would give this shoe 5 stars. For some, the insole may be fine, but for me it is bothersome, and the small ridge where the 1/2 insoe joins the the rest of the shoe has a slight ridge to it, which on a few occasions has caused the sock to ball up a little.
