Love the style, comfort, fit and design. The problem is the shoe wearability - the sole and especially the heel of the shoe wears out much to quickly even in limited use. This is the second pair of these shoes i've purchased in the last twelve months. Once these wear out, i probably won't purchase another

I bought a pair in brown two years ago and love them. I bought black this time and they are as great looking and comfortable as the first. I will wear these for many years to come.

My husband has worn this same Florsheim style for over 30 years and it's the only shoe he wants to wear. He likes the softer leather and the style works for either dress or casual.

I bought these shoes to go with a three-piece suit for a special occasion. I was looking at Allen Edmonds, but they were just too expensive. These Covdens certainly aren't cheap either, but they're more than reasonable for the quality and class. I especially like the groove on the leather sole, into which they placed the stitching. The Goodyear welt means it can be easily resoled in the future.
