These shoes are some of the most comfortable I've purchased. I bought them because I needed something to help with pain in my right heel. I was amazed that every time I slipped into these after wearing other shoes, the pain diminished substantially. I'm not sure if it was due to the arch support or to the soles, but it worked. I'd previously bought one pair because they were on sale. This was my second pair so I'd have an alternative, and I'm so glad I have them both!!
