Was a little apprehensive about a sandel that would help tone muscles and be so comfortable.I wear these all day at work--and I am on my feet alot there..and instead of changing into sneakers to walk --wear these instead. Love them, Love them---looking forward to getting the "winter" clog...

I like the feel of this flip flop ~ it Does exercise your legs and gave a freedom to my feet , as if walking in soft sand. I wore it continuously for about 3-4 weeks, and then had to stop, as I have knee / joint problems , and it seemed to be aggravating them after a few weeks. My Feet liked them, though !! alot !
Wears this shoe: in warm weather all the time .. for awhile.
