Sandals are open footwear consisting, in its most basic design; of a sole which is fastened or held to the foot by straps or thongs, leaving most or all of the foot exposed. Sandals are primarily a warm weather type of footwear and can be classified based on the function and activity for which they are intended or by their design and style. Casual and walking sandals are mainly designed for comfort, while sport sandals are mostly intended to provide support, traction and performance. Fashionable and dress sandals for women may have many of the style variations found on other shoe styles such as medium to high heels, platforms, toe covering etc. Other styles of sandals include, but are not limited to; flip flops, thongs, ankle strap sandals, fisherman sandals, wedge sandals, etc.

I will live in this shoe this summer. I've ordered two pairs in different colors. I have a narrow, bony foot without much padding on my feet. These relieve MOST of my foot irritation and pain.

I bought this shoe because a friend of mine raved about hers. They are truly awesome- the most comfortable shoe I've tried on in a long time. I have bought two more pairs, and will live in them this summer!

I would prefer these in black and not so shiny, but the fit is great - and surprising since I thought I wore a size 11, and these fit me fine at size 10.
Wears this shoe: Indoors as slippers in warm weather
