Finn Comfort's Riad is a classic sandal in Siena leather meticulously handstitched in Germany. Features leather lining and an anatomically contoured orthopedic footbed that provides unrivaled comfort and support. Footbed is removable and hand-washable. Also an extremely durable, flexible, and shock-resistant polyurethane sole and double adjustable, wide banded straps that offer fashion, a snug fit and support.

Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 7.

I bought sandals with removable soles and replaced these with orthodics.They have worked out great and met my expectations.
Wears this shoe: I use them as slippers in the house with tile floors.

If you want the best shoes, Finn Comfort are just that. They use the fines leather and the workmanship is superb. They are a bit expensive, but as in every thing else, you've got to pay for quality.Finn Comforts Rock !!!

I have Plantar Fasciitis and these well made sandals are very comfortable and keep my feet from hurting.

Be sure to listen to those of us who say that this shoe runs larger than marked. I normally wear a 7 1/2 or European 41. The Riad, in a 40 fits great. I love the arch support in the Finn Comfort brand, and you MUST have the proper size for it to do its job! The footbed is soft and the velcro straps are of the softest leather imaginable, and engineered to fit the contours of the foot like no sandal I've ever worn. This is a great shoe! It's winter where I live, so I have only worn these around the house (a smart idea anyway, till you're sure -- in this case about 5 minutes!). I'm looking forward to happy summer days with comfy feet. What could be better!
Wears this shoe: Whenever I can....I have lots of good shoes; this will join them.
