Simple, comfortable and rugged

First look out of the box I wasn't sure. They looked too wide for my very narrow foot. When I first tried them on they were stiff and creased in an odd place. But my friend liked them and encourages me to wear them about the house for an evening. I was in love. The shoe was a great fit, and the leather quickly softened. I've worn them everyday now for two weeks. I've worn them teaching middle school, walking in the woods, walking through a light snow, and Christmas shopping. At the end of the day my feet feel great. The leather footbed has molded so precisely to my foot. They are my new favorite everyday, every terrain shoe .

This is my third pair of these shoes. these are my go-to shoes, my comfortable, i-can-wear-my-orthotics-without-the-shoes-squeaking shoes, my great walking shoes, my funky work shoes (the patent leather is a nice touch). They are great. beautiful, sturdy, practical, comfortable. I would recommend these to anyone.

I bought these to replace a pair of Mephisto Hike shoes that I use for travel. The Mephisto shoe seemed to cause pain on the ball of my foot, which I observed with two different pairs. I have know worn the Finn Comfort on 2 trips and have had no problem. Very comfortable and wearing well so far.

I bought these for a three week vacation in Japan. The first time I wore them, I had some discomfort on my left inner ankle bone. However, they boot stretched out and I never had any other problems from the second wearing. I literally lived in these boots for the entire vacation; I only wore my other pair of shoes (Finn Comfort Hanoi) twice. They are so very, very comfortable. My only wish is that Finn Comfort made them in a waterproof style. I got caught in the rain in Japan one day and ended up with sueded leather that looked a lot older than the shoe. Nonetheless, I love these so much that I am seriously considering ordering another pair. (I ordered two pairs of the Finn Comfort Hanoi shoes and they are my go to shoes every day that I go to work and also on vacations). Finns are worth the price, believe me!

The first pair had to be returned due to being too small. I wear a size 12 US and the 45 was too short. 46 was fine and I have been wearing the shoes daily while on vacation. Very comfortable and provide good support.
