I love my Finn sandals. I must wear my orthotics and need a closed-back sandal. The Baltrum fits the bill. Also, I love the support that the Baltrum gives. I am tall and plus-sized, so I need good support. I wear the shoe for all my casual needs, even wearing it sometimes with heavy socks in the winter. I would love to have some closed-in Finns but the women's shoes stop at size 43 and I need a 44. I recently ordered an extra pair "just in case."

I bought sandals with removable soles and replaced these with orthodics.They have worked out great and met my expectations.

First look out of the box I wasn't sure. They looked too wide for my very narrow foot. When I first tried them on they were stiff and creased in an odd place. But my friend liked them and encourages me to wear them about the house for an evening. I was in love. The shoe was a great fit, and the leather quickly softened. I've worn them everyday now for two weeks. I've worn them teaching middle school, walking in the woods, walking through a light snow, and Christmas shopping. At the end of the day my feet feel great. The leather footbed has molded so precisely to my foot. They are my new favorite everyday, every terrain shoe .

This is my third pair of these shoes. these are my go-to shoes, my comfortable, i-can-wear-my-orthotics-without-the-shoes-squeaking shoes, my great walking shoes, my funky work shoes (the patent leather is a nice touch). They are great. beautiful, sturdy, practical, comfortable. I would recommend these to anyone.

I bought these for a three week vacation in Japan. The first time I wore them, I had some discomfort on my left inner ankle bone. However, they boot stretched out and I never had any other problems from the second wearing. I literally lived in these boots for the entire vacation; I only wore my other pair of shoes (Finn Comfort Hanoi) twice. They are so very, very comfortable. My only wish is that Finn Comfort made them in a waterproof style. I got caught in the rain in Japan one day and ended up with sueded leather that looked a lot older than the shoe. Nonetheless, I love these so much that I am seriously considering ordering another pair. (I ordered two pairs of the Finn Comfort Hanoi shoes and they are my go to shoes every day that I go to work and also on vacations). Finns are worth the price, believe me!
