I did have to remove the anti-microbial innersole as they were too tight. Still, without the innersole, the shoes are just as comfy and work well. I am on my feet a lot and find these shoes are perfect. I love the bone color for fall too! I'll order this type of shoe again. Wears this shoe: These are work shoes - I'm a busy nurse !

Shoe Size: Felt true to size Shoe Width: Felt true to width Made of soft leather that cleans up nicely. Between my two jobs, I walk about ten miles a day. These shoes are light weight and comfortable to endure that and even allow me to put in extra time on the treadmill. Soles can be slippery when wet. Wears this shoe: To my full time cook & part time kitchen job, plus when I walk on tread mill.

Shoe Size: Felt half size smaller than marked Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked This style is supposed to be cooler than other athletic shoes, but the "leather" seems cheap. It runs a little narrow and short - you might want to order up a size/and or width. Wears this shoe: I wear this shoe when I will be lifting heavy loads.
