This high-quality insole is designed and shaped specifically for the desired application and manufactured from premium multi-density EVA foam. The interchangeable arch system patented feature supports your arch and adapts to your feet by molding to them under normal body heat, using scientifically designed ribs to allow controlled flex as your feet move. The metatarsal pads are available in different heights, support your foot's transverse arch, and help prevent hot spots and numbness in the forefoot and toe area. This Efit Supportive is designed for cycling, hockey, skiing, and skating.

After trying a number of solutions for cycling shoes, eSoles get's the prize! They fit in my Sidi Ergo 1 and Ergo 2, even my old Genius 3s, and they feel perfect. Definitely try different arch supports, don't assume the fitting instructions will make it perfect for you without trying the other options.
