This are cute and comfortable - but I am returning my second pair. The first had uneven leather at the back of the heel of the left shoe, plus a bulge in the left heel, where the leather does not lie smooth, so I sent them back and requested an exchange. The second pair has uneven leather at the back of the right heel, a bulge in the heel of the right shoes, and both shoes have scuffed leather on the back - I just don't think I should have to polish shoes upon taking them out of the box. This time, rather than an exchange, I will be getting a refund.
