This pair of boots was my final purchase of the season. The heel height and platform are perfect for the comfortlevel. They aren't too high like most other boots. The zippered calf actually closed on my leg! The arch support is decent. I did have to add one thin pair of insoles to the boots. After that, I was able to stand in them for hours. The only real issues that I have with them is that after one wearing the heels were almost completely worn down and the shiny trim on the leather chipped immediately. They will require quite a bit of maintenance.
