I really like the heel on the boot. The size is not a true size. Seems to run a little large. The boot is not well made and the leather looks a little cheap. There was one portion on the boot where it looked faded so I put some shoe polish on it and shine it and it was fine. The leather does not appear to be real leather and therefore kind of hard. You get what you pay for.
Wears this shoe: Wore it only two times, once to church and an outing.

This boot is a great value for the price. It's way more comfortable than I expected, and the laces make it adjustable. The faux leather is very flexible, which makes breaking them in almost unnecessary. I'm very happy with this boot!

I like the boots. They are very stylish and comfortable. I usually have them on for 12 hours straight and, they never hurt my feet, even from the first wearing. What I dislike about them is that one boot, (the left) makes a squeaking noise that is quite annoying, If they were leather, the sound would eventually wear down but since they are not leather, I just deal with it because they are so comfortable. Overall, they were a good buy and I am satisfied with my purchase.

I first ordered size 8, my size but, they were way too big, but they were very comfy. I ordered size 7 and it's PERFECT! I love this boot and will order more because I can wear them all day for work too. Customer service is awesome! Thank you!

I'm an 8.5 and I usually have to order a 9 in Ellie, but not this time. The long front allowed me to wear an eight. The same goes for the Rebecca style too which is very similar. Even if you order the wrong size shoe buy has EASY returns. So don't worry :)
