This pair is a little darker in color than shown or than my previous pair, but that is OK. When I first started wearing them, I couldn't pull the strap on the right one as tight as I would liked. (I walk a lot and do so relatively fast, so this is important). But now that I've had them for a couple of weeks, they are just fine!

I was taking a vacation to Disneyworld last year when the new running/walking shoe I had just purchased was causing pain due to my bunion and hammer toe inflictions. I went to a department store in Atlanta and the sales lady said she had the answer for me. She had me try the ECCO sandal and I received immediate relief and comfort. The sales lady spoke through experience as she was wearing the same pair. I purchased a pair and could not praise these shoes enough for their comfort. My three days at Disneyworld were pain free. My regret was that I did not purchase two pairs last year as I practically lived in the one pair I bought. I wish they had a more feminine look, maybe come in colors of summer. The durability of the shoe is worth the price. I would like to have cleaning instructions with the shoe as foot odor tends to hang on to the inner sole of the shoe. Overall, I have never worn a more comfortable summer shoe.
Wears this shoe: I wear my ECCO shoes as often as possible for the comfort.

Jus got back from Cabo San Lucas. Very comfortable sandals. I have finicky feet and need a shoe that fits like a glove from the first wearing. Glad I have them! This is a strange comment, but, the sandal 'bottoms' are a black fabric material...walking in sandy areas left the bottoms a tan, sandy color instead of black.
Wears this shoe: Still new, but, intent is w/shorts, jeans, capris on evenings and weekends.

Use them for paved and unpaved walking/hiking during warmer weather rather than wearing closed athletic shoes. Comfort from the first step with no break in period. Easy to keep clean. Simple to customize the fit to your foot with velcro straps over toes, instep and heel. Just love them, worth every penny.

My sister-in-law had a pair & she told me how comfortable they were. When I shopped via the Internet, you had the best price. I received the shoe just in time for a trip to Mexico. These were the only sandal I took, & wore them every day.
