The picture on this website doesn't do this boot justice! It looks much better in person and the quality is excellent. It is also very comfortable. It's hard to find a boot that's durable and waterproof, that's also stylish and good looking. Even though this boot is more casual, it looks great with dressy outfits as well. It's also a great boot for people who are petite and looking for more of a sleek look than something bigger and bulky. I'm 5'4 and some of the knee high boots just go up too high on me. Having shorter legs, I need something not as tall and the height on these is perfect. I've been boot shopping for a couple of weeks now and I've ordered a few pairs online and every pair I've purchased has been too big on my legs-too big in the calf area, but even more so at the top of the boot, right under my knee. I understand that they are making boots bigger in the leg/calve area so that you can tuck your jeans into your boots. But when they're too big, if I want to wear them with leggings, I have this big gaping area at the top of the boots and it doesn't look good!! These boots are perfect to wear with both leggings and to tuck your jeans into. Buy these boots, you will Love them!
