I am a big fan of Ecco shoes. I've been wearing Eccos for more than ten years. They fit me well, they are well made, and are very comfortable. A few things to note:1. Try them for fit. One of the things that I like about Ecco is the European sizing. My U.S. shoe size is 10.5 E, which can be hard to find. I wear an Ecco size 45, which they define as the equivalent to an 11 to 11.5 U.S. Most Eccos do run wide, which works for me!2. Great arch support with their Comfort System insoles. The insoles are replaceable.3. The shoes are well made. The dress shoes are nice looking. 4. I think the Ecco brand offers good value for the money. I bought my first pair of Eccos more ten years ago. They still look nice, and they are still comfortable.5. The Seawalker is not quite as nice as the similar shoe I bought it to replace. The leather is not quite as soft, and the shoe itself is less flexible than the older Ecco casual shoes I'm replacing. However, it is still a very comfortable walking shoe.

This is my 4th pair of this kind of shoe and you just can't wear them out.The only time you need new ones is when the sowing around the top gets rotten and then lets go,but that's not until they are about 5 years old. I wear these shoes every day of the week and have never had any trouble with my feet or my legs. A number of years ago a employee of ours told me that if you look after your feet you'll never have problems with your legs.He worked on cement floors 8 hours a day for 5o years.
