I bought my first pair of Seawalkers about eight years ago. I needed a comfortable shoe for work that was not too casual. I work as a dentist. They are very comfortable, they look nice and the sole of the shoe is made so it wears very evenly so that people with poor lateral ankle stability like me don't have to replace the shoes as often because of uneven wear patterns on the heel of the shoe. I have more than one pair.
