This is a beautiful boot, and I'm very sad to be returning it. However, it was billed as "wide-calf". I don't know the exact measurements of my calf or that of the boot, for that matter. But I would describe my calves as bigger than average, and not very wide. Short story; I had boot muffin-top. Not cute.

I like the look and feel of these boots. I can dress them up and also wear them with jeans. It has a great combo of suede and smooth leather. Dark brown can also work with black well.
