These boots are perfect because they look like dress shoes but are waterproof and will be great in the snow. They fit a little larger than the shoes but it will be nice to be able to wear thicker socks in them.

I travel often for business, and end up walking quite a bit between meetings. My previous dress shoes had a cap-toe, and I found that after a short time, the stitching under the cap dug into the tops of my toes. After a week of wear - gruesome. These boots have no stitching across or along the top of the foot, and are very comfortable. I also like the simple quality of them - they look great with a suit, and look alright with casual shoes too. I'm a little concerned about the Gore-Tex lining adding warmth in the summer, but on a recent rainy trip to New York, they kept me warm and dry.

Dressy wet weather/winter boot that fits like a comfortable running shoe. Light and waterproof. Out of the box they are fantastic. But... lightweight construction means they wear out fast in the sole. Also, if you have overpronation or otherwise need firm support, forget it. These shoes are way too soft and you'll be aching at the end of the day.
