I have always worn old fashioned, leather soled wing tips. The Ecco is so much better. It's light, comfortable, and seems to hold up, as well. I am never going back to leather soled shoes.

These are the classic cap toe shoes with the comfort of ECCO brand. These shoes are lightweight and do need much breaking in. I would definitely recommend this pair of shoes to others.

I have had the shoe only a short time, so I cannot comment on durability. I like the shoe. It looks good and is comfortable. It appears to be made well. I have a somewhat flat foot and low arch, so I use a Superfeet insole, which works well. I wear this shoe all day with no fatigue. The shoe looks dressy but feels supportive. Recommended.

I actually wanted to purchase style 38114 because I have that in another color and am very pleased with it, but could not find it. I ordered this shoe which is about $40 more.Ecco is known for its comfort and this shoe is no exception. As I indicated, it was a bit wider than I expected but the shoe feels very good.While I have no complaints at all, if I had the opportunity to get the other model I would.
