I loved this boot when I received it. It fit excellent, was comfy, and I spent a whole day Christmas shopping in them. Unfortunately, when I went to take my left boot off, the zipper came off in my hand. then, when I went to take off my right boot, the zipper became stuck and broke. I was sooo upset. I'm sending these back for an exchange and hoping that this pair was just a dud?

I bought this boot for my 17 yr old daughter,who has never been able to fit into a ladies boot,owing to her wide calves. They fitted beautifully,and for once she shed tears of joy to finally have a boot that fit well. I would highly recommend this boot.
