I needed white sandles for a wedding in June. Because I have flat feet and arch issues I needed a wedge with a platform to keep pressure off my feet. These shoes fit the bill. They were just the right height, cushioning and well made.

THese are a cute peep toe, you have 2 toes showing 2/3, with the third showing 1/2 of the toe. The heel is very low, 2.25 sounds right. The width is wider than any medium I have tried in a year. They are a little loose even on my typical medium feet, which are not narrow. Since they are synthetic, the looser fit is helping keep the 'too smooth' plastic-like liner from sticking when its hot out. That is one reason I am leery of summer sandals in synthetic. But if you dont mind the kind of rounded shoe shape,(they even look wide)-these will probably go most any distance. (I dont walk long distances!) They have a padded insole, and a moderate arch, not too shabby! I will also say that there are no rough edges, and have no bumps, or lumps that are common in synthetic shoes. They LOOK like leather. They have real COMFORT other than the sticky liner which is compensated by looser width. Cool. True to my smallest sandal size.
Wears this shoe: when I want to look a bit less casual..but stay comfortable 2. non-Birk outings!
