The Carefree is a classic pump that will happily carry you up the ladder of success. Featuring a low heel and stylish design. The padded, Easy Flex insole is flexible and moves with each stride providing the ultimate in comfort.
Heel Height: 1 1/4"
Fit: This style tends to run large. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size smaller than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7 1/2, we recommend purchasing a size 7.

I can't believe they recommend ordering this shoe a half size smaller...I ordered my usual size and they were painfully tight. Had to send them back. Didn't reorder in a larger size because I liked the fit and feel of Ros Hommerson's Alabama model better...though I liked the price and the heel better on these. Too bad.

I love these shoes. I have back problems and these shoes with this lower heel seem to ease the pain in my back. I feel very dressed up when I wear them. I am 74 yrs old and need all the help I can get to make me feel good in what I put on. Thank you for such a good product. By the way I have 5 more pairs in different colors.

I like the shoe - style, color, etc. However, I should have ordered in my true size - 7 in spite of the comments on your web site that caused me to order a half size smaller. I had to use my shoe stretcher to make them more comfortable.

I bought the shoes I bought for a wedding. They are the most comfortable shoes I have bought in a long time. They ran a little big, but I just put a small pad in them and it was perfect. I wore them all day and a lot of the night. If I could find a lower heel shoe for skirt and slacks I would buy them. Any one thinking about buying those shoes should definetely buy them, you will love them.
Wears this shoe: I wore them to a wedding all day and evening. Also for Church.
