I typically wear an 8 1/2 wide but the 8w fit perfectly with plenty of length. I suggest you try a half size smaller than you normal size. The green color is a pretty very light muted yellowish-lime but acts as a neutral. The style is much cuter than the picture and looks great on your foot. The sandal is not as cushioned as what I'm use to so I don't know if I could wear it for long periods. I'm also concerned with irritating my bunion. I loosened the velcro closure across my toes and after wearing 7 hours, I had minimal discomfort. The 3 velcro closures have minimal adjustability. I have a high instep but the sandal fits perfectly across the top of my foot. If you don't have a high instep, the sandal cannot be adjusted to fit properly across the top of your foot. The heel strap is elasticized but has minimal stretchability because it is lined with vinyl. The upper is suede leather but is also lined with vinyl (a bummer).

Love the light olive color and Easy Spirit shoes are always so comfortable. With this shoe though, order a half size larger. The last band closest to the toes is not adjustable but a fixed strap and is really snug. I always wear an 8 1/2 but exchanged them for a 9 so it wasn't so tight. Now I'm ready for spring!

I purchased these sandals in pewter last summer at Easy Spirit and they were just wonderful. I received so many compliments on them too. I wore them again this summer but they were starting to show their age. What luck I found them at Shoebuy and now have a brand new pair for next summer.
