This is my third, yes third, pair of these shoes. I do agree with one reviewer: my first pair years and years ago was wider through the toe box. However, these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever purchased. Yes, they do scuff somewhat easy but the wear looks good on them.

I think this style of shoe is one that most people would want to wear beefier socks with (rather than nylons or trouser socks) and the sizing doesn't allow for that. I ordered my usual suze and even in a thin trouser sock, my toe was against the end of the shoe and it was snug width-wise. No way I could get it on my foot wearing an actual sock.

I bought these as a replacement for the pair I had bought a few years back. The sizing is different and they are killing my feet. Narrower at the toe box than the first pair I had. Unfortunately I have worn them outside or I would return them. I loved the first pair I had.

I need a lot of support and thought these looked comfortable. They are very comfortable though I did add an orthotic to stiffen the sole and some tongue cushions. They look very cute too. I am very happy with these and would recommend them.
