I am now looking for my second pair. My first pair was outstanding. I had them for 5 yrs and would put vaseline on them twice a year. The soles wore out or I would still be wearing them. I worked construction, welding, racing, snow, grounds keeping the vaseline kept them dry, light weight, felt good on the feet. Brown looks best with jeans. I will get another pair soon.

The Eastland Plainview is the required uniform shoe at my son's high school. It has proved to be an excellent choice. He is extremely hard on shoes. He wore them everyday for up to eight hours and they lasted the entire year. Five stars!

I recently bought another pair of Eastland PlainView shoes. This is the third pair, and I just love it, but a couple of days ago I noticed that the model that I been buying is not the same as I thought. The sole is different, and the side of the shoe is completely different. It's not quite what I expected, but it's still nice.

I like the style and outsole. The leather quality is great. Outsoles are thick and should last long.One thing needs to be noted is that the color is not as red as the picture shows, it is brown.
