I hurt my lower back. I wasn't sure how I hurt it, but I know something needed to be done to try and give it some comfort. I am an American, but at the moment I am living in South Korea. My Korean friend told me about the Earth shoes that he bought. He said they were making a difference besides the other things he was doing. I, then, decided to order a pair online. The shoes are comfortable and wide enough for my feet. I feel they are a tad too big, but my doctor here in Korea doesn't think so. I hope it is helping my problem. My back seems to feel a little better at the moment, and my posture could always use fixing.

I got this shoe for my kid because he has flat feet and wears arches with other shoes. This shoe gives him the support without the arches. It has also helped his posture. He loves them and won't take them off. Very light and very comfortable.
