i like that my hips are forced back. you cannot lean forward in these shoes. back is aligned as well. they are very wide in the toe area and about a half size bigger than i wear. the leather in the toe area is very soft and stretches easily. i found that the toe area would stretch out and i would be hanging five over the insole. i like them overall... a bit expensive. and would get a smaller size next time. these are ultimate walking shoes... on your feet all day shoes... forget trying to run in them it is almost impossible. they need to reinforce the toe (tip)area with more stiffness

I purchased two pairs of the sneakers (one for work and one for home) because I was happy with my earth exerfit flipflops. I have been wearing the sneakers since my purchase and am finding that my feet, especially my left heel are actually sore now. I am a nurse and am on my feet for more than 8 hours a day at work. I am disappointed.

I am amazed at this shoe. I ordered mine shortly before a trip to Anchorage, AK. I walked and walked everyday -- miles and miles -- at nature preserves, shopping, museums, trails. My back NEVER hurt. My back always hurts after a single day of shopping, but not in these shoes. The 'tucked' pelvis they encourage really works. Plus, I felt I got an extra bit of workout in calves and buttocks. Get these shoes.One word of caution, when you go up a semi-steep incline these shoes REALLY magnify the steepness. There were a few trail places that looked doable but were challenging in these shoes so factor that in to your plans.
