I think I have finally learned that shoes without something around the heel are not for me. they always slide forward on my foot and sometimes trip me up.

I wear these slides as house shoes instead of regular slippers. I usually wear socks with them, but without socks, I agree with some other reviewers that the strap aggravates the skin on my instep if worn too long. With socks they are completely comfortable indefinitely. The soles are heavenly, cushiony, supportive, and lightweight. My normal size is 6.5W because I don't like shoes to squeeze my toes together. The 7 fits w/ room to spare.

This is a wonderful sandal. It is very comfortable and the bronze goes with pretty much anything.

I bought my Exer-Slides because the Earth brand feel so good on my feet. I have had planter fasciitis for 2 1/2 years and no other brand compares. I own 7 other pairs of Earth shoes and sandals. The Exer-Slides are really cute and ladies are always asking where I bought them. Both straps are adjustable for narrow or wide feet.
