I am really pleased with my shoes, it is the first time I have ordered footwear in this way and have found the experience very easy, the shoes themselves are in appearance just as other trainers I have purchased but when I put them on you can immediately feel the difference, most noticably in the calf area, I also notice a difference in my bottom, being tighter, and can feel the upper abs working as I walk in a more upright position. I can definately feel the extra benefit from wearing them, the only down side I have found is that I developed a blister on the inside of my heels where the insole of the shoe meets the sides, the blisters have been large and have not gone yet, one burst but unfortunately the skin underneath hadn't healed and so I have another forming, this doesn't stop me wearing the shoes though as there is enough cushioning for me to still do my power walks, will definitely purchase more.
Wears this shoe: mainly to power walk but any time.

They are very much different - you can feel it the first time you wear them. They help your feet to feel better at the end of the day. Worth trying.
Wears this shoe: to work - 1 day or more a week.

The shoe felt very strange on my feet and I didn't think I could wear them. I gave them to my daughter. Good for some folks, I guess.

Good quality comfortable trainer. They do come up on the wide side and certainly a half a size bigger than normal but I knew this from getting sandals in the past.

I have lower back problems, as well as MS. I have worn Birkenstocks for years, and am happy with them, but began having much foot pain after wearing other brands of tennis shoes, etc. I had one pair of Earth shoes, dug them out and they felt great. So, I ordered these Energenics, and are they ever! I love this shoe. I can do errands, stand in line, etc, all day long, and my feet, and back feel as fresh as they did in the morning. I highly recc. this shoe - it is marvelous. I wear a 10 in Earth shoes, and the fit felt true. Do yourself a favor and get these shoes!
