I have serious bunions/big toe damage so walking long distances causes pain and inflammation. These fixed that. I went for a day-long hike in the mountains of Oaxaca the day after I bought them and I was fine. So I forgive their flaws: poor aeration so feet sweat after a couple hours and the fabric behind the upper inner eyelets wears through rapidly. Otherwise weathers well. Definitely worth the cost if you have my foot problems. What a find. A good alternative to surgery.
Wears this shoe: Walking and hiking and dancing but ok for running too.

I bought these because I was having trouble with the tendons in my ankle, and the doctor wanted me to keep them stretched out. These shoes hold my foot in the perfect position to help the tendons. They are very comfortable, and my issue was resolved. They are also good exercise! At first I got tired when I wore them for walking, but now I turn to these shoes first and walk easily in them. My main complaint is they don't come in wider widths.

I have always hated shoes. I love these! Thirty-nine years ago I was in love with the original Earth shoe. I can not overstate how much I enjoy the walking comfort these give me.

I have 2 pair of Lazer K Earth shoes that I wear exclusively; They've spoiled me completely for any other shoe. Their only drawback is their extremely slick sole which makes them a tricky choice for trail walking (although I do it). I thought I would try a pair of Energetics to get a grippier sole so I purchased in the same size. I found the Energetic to be cut a size larger and is a much stiffer shoe than the Lazer. It will take some getting used to but I think they'll be a good shoe for hill climbing and trail walking.

This is the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. I walk a lot and sometimes would get back pain. Now the pain is non existent. I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone.
